How to Get Virtual Participants to Participate

We looked at 8 different steps: make them feel welcome, set the stage for participation, get them talking to other participants right away, prime them to participate, incorporate active learning activities every 5-10 minutes, change slides every minute or so, check in, and hold them accountable.
