How to Get Participant Buy-In

Our first meeting focused on how to get participant buy-in to your training program, with additional discussion regarding the importance of chunking information, prioritizing what participants need to learn at that time and providing references for the rest, as well as modeling what you want people to do and giving them three examples so they don’t wait for the exact same circumstances to occur.
