First Aid for New Trainers

Are you a new trainer? Feeling overwhelmed? Wondering how to start or what to do?

Would you like to get just-in-time answers to your pressing questions? How about a second pair of eyes and ears to give you useful feedback and validation? Whether you need help with virtual or classroom training programs, you don’t have to do it alone.

I’ve been a trainer for over 35 years. I’ve designed and delivered highly rated skill-building training programs for managers, employees, and trainers in federal, state, and local government agencies, international agencies, private corporations, and nonprofit organizations. My special niche is converting technical lectures into engaging participatory training programs.

If you need help, come to my weekly Zoom roundtable on Wednesdays from 3-4 pm CST, starting January 11, 2023. You can start the year off with the help and support you need.

The first half hour will focus on a key training subject or challenge and the second half hour will be open to discuss any of your training-related questions.

The price of admission is just $25. Your first visit is free. Register  to receive the Zoom link. You’ll also receive a six-step Lesson Design Checklist.
